MICROMOBILITY WORKSHOPS ORGANISED IN ENGLISH ON 11. NOVEMBER 2024 BY LJUBLJANSKA KOLESARSKA MREŽA IN COOPERATION WITH MESTNI CENTER MOBILNOSTI FOR THE SLOVENSKA FILANTROPIJA USERS IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF THE MICROMOBI PROJECT.
THE PARTICIPANTS REGISTERED FOR THE WORKSHOP ON SITE AND WERE GREETED WITH PANCAKES AND TEA.
BIKE REPAIR/KITCHEN WORKSHOP (13:00 – 14:00)

-information on Bike kitchen free of charge hours in Savsko naselje for advice and self repair and other bicycle/cycle events in Ljubljana
-learning the basics of bicycle and it’s maintenance
-advice on issues and basic repair
TRAINING FOR URBAN MICROMOBILITY SKILLS (BICYCLES,
E-SCOOTERS, E-BIKES, CARGO BIKES) (14:00 -15:00)
LOCATION: P+R DOLGI MOST
-testing of cycling skills, testing e-scooters, e-bikes, learning about cargo bikes
-learning about the rules in traffic (in addition, each participant received the Booklet “Kolesar sem” of the Agency for Traffic Safety on traffic rules and safe cycling)
MICROMOBILITY IN LJUBLJANA (15:00 -16:00)

-introduction of benefits and impacts of micromobility and the importance of urban active mobility in cities, specifically in Ljubljana
-exploring the possibilites of micromobility in Ljubljana and learning about the various micromobility sharing systems and facilities in Ljubljana
